Compliance note. This is decision-support software requiring human review — never auto-decisioning. MATCH / REVIEW dispositions must be adjudicated by a qualified reviewer. Live feeds (OFAC, EU, UN, UK, GLEIF) are public; some sources are licensed and require procurement sign-off. Match thresholds are governed, versioned parameters. The bundled dataset is a seed; set INGEST_ON_BOOT=1 on AWS to pull live lists.
